It is a stunning work of art by a very accomplished artist. The frame & mount alone would have cost a considerable amount of money.

Due to the grandness of the frame and ornate gold leaf beading I believe this was a commissioned artwork for a wealthy client. A truly fabulous work of art painted by a modern day master. The painting is not old, but also not new, possibly painted twenty or thirty years ago. But I will stand corrected if it can be proven otherwise. My research reveals very little about the likely artist Andrew Webb, with a defunct website www.andrewwebbfineart.com but an interesting read nonetheless. I have found an artwork by what appears to be this same artist A.Webb, a smaller artwork, less grandly framed with an asking price of 2,000 euros. I contacted the gallery but they, like me, have very little information, no nothing of the artist.
All I know is that it is a very impressive work of art that would grace any home, corporate building, hotel etc
